We found the Rise team friendly, polite and always working with care as they moved through the property. From a project management perspective, communication was clear and consistent, with regular updates on progress and timelines (and what to expect each week).
The quality of the workmanship and the final job was of a high standard, including the fitting of the kitchen. As with any job of this kind, there were some minor snags at the end, but Jon and the team were very quick to respond and came round to apply some final tweaks. “Our architect put us in touch with Jon Sainsbury, of Rise Construction Cardiff Ltd. Throughout the project, we had a warm and friendly working relationship with all the employees involved, who worked hard and fast (despite the winter weather).
The work schedule and delivery of parts/ materials was well organized with no significant delays, so that the extension (the main addition) was completed within eight weeks. Much care was given to keep us warm when old prefabricated wall panels were removed and replaced with well insulated brick structures.
We are very pleased with the result (and good workmanship) which has been admired by a number of visitors, including our architect. Our new kitchen and flooring has also been admired, and we are so pleased with the results”
